Well I started to think that the engine was too close to the frame and decided to move it back 1 1/2 inches back. I used the same mount from original bike. Welded up 2 metal pieces and it looks better. I also got a photography kit to take better pictures but failed.

Ok took it for a spin without changing any settings. Don't know trans setting yet will report when available.
Polini CP 24mm Carb with 40 pj and 112 main from polini
Sputters and smoked a lot.
Dropped down to 36 pj and 108 main and with pod filter
Still some hesitation on starting off but the smoking is less and has more usable power. I m probably going in the correct direction. Still haven't touched transmission yet.
Droped down to 105- then to 102
Much better improvement but without transmission tuning it doesn't feel right. Still more to come....

Alright and since it's running I'll try and put it back together. I'll tune it more when it looks more like a complete bike so my police officer neighbor don't give me that look. (Like hey why doesn't it have a tag, or any lights...) lol
