Finally got the motor built and in the spree. Rear tire rubs even with the shock tab from SSS.

You can space your wheel out a hair by using a shim kit, or finding a hardware store that sells metric washers. Don't put to many shims tho, or more than one washer. You don't want to lose threads on the wheel nut.

Shimming the wheel out wont stop it from rubbing the rear fender.

got it running today ! Its guzzles gas but halls *. pics coming soon :)

MJ is 114. runs very well. a tad rich but thats ok.

iam using 28:1 for break in like a gallon then gonna switch to 32:1.

Iam noticing that oil is coming out of the exhaust O ring. I tightened it up and oil still wants to come out.

are you using the exhaust gasket that came with the corsa? if so Id suggest getting one of those fancy copper gaskets from G9. I wont use that oring gasket anymore. and for the price theres no reason you should. I could never get the oring to sit right and from experience the lower stud can snap the exhaust flange. check out my thread to see the damage. cant say it was due to the oring gasket but I wont take that chance again especially when the copper one brandon sells works so much better to get a better seal and it sits better.

order 3 or 5 of these https://www.scooterswapshop.com/product ... ust-gasket

get a basterd out and get ready to file the pg down a bit mine never fit right ask 1man about that.

no more driving it, start it up to test if you see oil kill it, repeat until it no longer has oil blowing out and I mean the slights bit on a tissue is too much and when your ripping 7ks plus its[the gasket] gonna blow out.[f*** yer motor]

The oil that's coming front the exhaust o ring.is normal cause I'm using 28:1 right now. Soon I'm going to 32:1. I'll order some gaskets. I have the contessa not the Corsa.

Thank you for your input .

running 32:1 now and no more oil.down jet to 112 temps are perfect. I really like these parts :)

Now for the next step. Can you further port a corsa kit? Contessa is great but im loooking for more acceleration. feels loosy goosy. haha

Have you done any trans tuning? Clutch? Rollers? Springs?
