Spree... New Build, First Build

Hey guys,
I am finally going to start a scooter build. I currently have a 87 Spree, that I would like to stretch and tune. I'm not looking the 60mph scooter, but a 40mph zipper would be awesome.
I have my base spree and am looking for options, and info on motor upgrades or swaps. I am very new and very green to all this. I like the look of the stretched scoots, with the rear tire and motor stuck out the back.
I have attached the base scooter I will start with, along with some others mods that I like.
