:thumbwink: the paint and clear was about a $100. bucks.
I know that's a little steep but this is automotive paint. Not cheap.
4 coats of paint, 3 coats of clear.
yes I painted them in this Dusty garage. just make sure you wet the floor to keep the dust down. I did get a couple specks of dust that I will wet sand and buff out. the cleaner the area the better your paint will come out. Good luck. :thumbwink:

As a professional painter, let me just say.... very, very nice work. Not too often I see a paint job from a garage look that good. Though, I'm sure if I did a up close personal inspection, I'd find all kinds of stuff wrong... But that's a given. It's very rare to get a perfect paint job without a little touch up here and there. So nice work!!!

Also, nice choice for the brand. PPG is what we also now use on the model year 2018 Indians at work. I use DuPont.

Thanks Clark. I'm not a professional I just do it as a hobby . It came out very nice. I was surprised with all the dust in that garage. The trick I use was hang them upside down so the dust falls on the back side. :geekdance:

For best results take your time when you're painting. Paint on a warm day. spray nice and even. keep an eye on how smooth you paint. Use multiple coats . dust is everywhere it's going to get on the paint. don't worry too much, you can always wet sand with 2000 grit ,and buff later. Good luck.
:peace:
