Hi forum.
Steve's at VT cycle sent me some nuts packed in box  .
Time for another build. looks like it's going to be a big one

WARNINGthis build will compromise the cases integrity. You will ruin your motor . You will need a professional machine shop to cut the cases. These motors all run hot. Not the best daily driver, more for track use race bike.

Greetings:

At 119cc, that's gonna be one high-displacement AF engine! One of the snags on such a build (FROM READING ONLY) is the compromise of the threaded section of the crankcase. Likewise, gouging out for the big cylinder can get really close to the stud threads.

Assuming you can make the assembly airtight, the other challenge is the increased heat production, 2.4 times the stock displacement, can be a challenge for the stock fan to handle. I hope it Rips, but caution is advised if it isn't a straight-up race bike.

Hi wheelman.
You're absolutely right about thread compromise, and trying to keep a big bore like this cool.
I'll put a warning at the top. :nerd:

Forum this is not as easy as it looks.
It took hours and patience with a Dremel to finish. :nerd:

 notice how thin the walls are. The threads will definitely be compromise. (Cut into).
I will have to drill ,and put longer bolts on the two left side holes for strength. :nervous:
