Forum this is going to be a 120 CC liquid cooled motor.
Picked up the water cool cylinder from scooterswapshop they have them

Forum, You can drill, and put a bolt right through left side holes.
I drilled and tapped the hole. I used a smaller drill bit so not to cut the threads.
Forum, change in plan. I just drill straight through makes life easier.

I used this Dremel tip to flatten the surface so I can add a lock nut.

I'm not sure if you can add a nut to the opposite side? I don't think so. the third hole is fine. I'm not going to go through the case.
The tap is M6-1.0 .

I'm going to make the clearances for the ZX Drive Variator. I'm also going to smooth the small bump in the back. rubs on the belt.

I'm going to use J-B Weld on the thin case. To add thickness to the case, For sealing purposes.
J-B Weld, and Wax paper.

I've used J-B Weld for sealing on one of my other Motors. been on there 3 years no problem.
Before I put it together . It takes 24 hours for this extra meat to dry.

I've cut almost all internal walls inside the motor.

Forum, hopefully someone can make a bigger after-market case? there is no room in stock cases.
