there are special "slim" crankshaft bearings that are used with this crank.
if you use the stock bearings the case will not close and seal together.
i have slim bearings for sale if you need a set.

Hi, I bought the tool on eBay. It's very hard to work with this tool. You have to take off very light cuts. You also have to use a Dremel to finish. There is some skill involved. I recommend a machine shop. The tolerance are too close and easy to screw up. Also it's not easy to cut the top of case for the Big Bore cylinder. Good luck

Hi Forum. The water cooled motor is on hold. I'll add the air cool photos, which is the same 54mm build.
