I finally put in the new MHR full circle crank and new corsa on my spare block. Noticed the driveface splines on the crank had some play with the driveface. Didnt think anything of it until I started up the bike. Burning belt smell and it whined like a super charger. $300 crank defective from factory I guess. Nvr buying malossi again.
Ended up removing the boat anchor and buying a PG stock stroke stuffed crank. Installed into the case after making sure the drive face splines matched up good. Topspeed didnt seem all that much better from my old corsa and stock crank.
I was wondering why my bike was toping out at only 60mph when it could do 65mph before the motor swap. When I went into the cvt to replace my rollers I noticed the rear pulley was harder then normal to compress. I took off the torque spring and found out ot was binding since all the grease was gone
slapped in a spare rear pulley and the topend is back and some
. Im liking the way this PG stuffed crank pulls. Although the malossi full metal one pulled harder.

GPS on flat ground tucked. Speed radar sign read 1mph higher

I tried 3 different drive faces. 2 sym/zx and 1 af16e all had play on the malossi splines. Heck even the ruima had a tighter fit
china crank better fit than Itialian....

And before people started saying it was a small spline crank
I have a small spline af18e motor and the malossi crank is bigger... I learned my lesson always check new parts. I had this crank on my bench for about 1 year cant do anything with it now. Polini and PG FTW I would think for the price you pay for malossi stuff they would fit better. But Im not surpised their piston look like crap compared the the corsa's at least for Dio. I dont think Id use their parts for my jog project either. Dont want to risk or gamble my $ on it.

Found in japan, I also made some friends there and they shipped it to me. Also there is a guy on Instagram from Philippines that can get them and chrome them. They are same PCD ad sym/kymco hubs I believe 4x140ish. And 2.50x10. TBH if it is for a gyro you maybe better off using atv wheels. Or having machined machines redrill a solid dwt wheel for you

its for the front of my gyro S I have 235/30-10 tires om 8" solid aluminum rims on the rear. I actually found a set on Y.A.J. 2.50X10" with 140 PCD bolt pattern. won the auction for 2 rims, 1 new tubless 90/90-10 tire. I think ill trow the second one on my chopper spree
edit: no clue why theyre upside down? I give up. you get the idea.... why is it so hard to post pics on this forum??? lol *?
