Rear fender damaged by previous owner.

An alternative to the Grom, perhaps? You STILL can't get a break on the price for the new-ish Grom around here.
The Sachs name is an old one. The scooters themselves are from Asia, but aside from some cold-blooded behavior and a soft fork - easily remedied by a fatter pilot and 15-wt fork oil - they're reputed to be reliable and modifiable.
