the gear is wiggley? IS THIS NORMAL NORMAL??
There is no washer and the NUT IS CAPPED I LOOKED IN MY MANUAL AND THE NUT SHOWN is OPEN not capped like mine....?

either get a washer and keep using the capped nut or get a capless nut. Not sure what bike ya got but i kno my spree front pulley has a washer and an open nut..

either way, you want that front pulley tight!

just had similar thing happen on my bike.
i put a washer between the 2 halves and it wore down the back half a bit and the nut was tightened all the way down(not a capped one).
to fix this, i just put another washer between the 2 halves. eventually i will just replace the worn down pulley, but atm, it works.
