possible frame bend

Looking at my aero you can see that quite possibly it was overloaded or abused at some point in its lift. Where the floorboards meet the rear plastics there is a gap. Has anyone ever had a bent frame that they pushed back into proper shape?

if it tracks straight i personally wouldn't worry too much about it, as long as that bend doesn't make a weak point.

yah it tracks straight. Just doesnt look at nice as it could. Guess I could buy a new frame. Do scooter titles go with frame or with engine?

Why not weld some support to the frame and avoid having to buy a new one?

You could also use fiberglass to stiffen the frame. Someone did it on the forum previously.

The 1985 and 1986 Aero frames are the same, as are the 1983 and 1984 Aero frames.
