Starting to get a hankering for a few mods wanted some advice I don't want to do anything crazy loo yet but maybe someday. Put a Kelli or stock ruckus variator in And invest in a tuner weight set to find your desired riding style.

Thanks yeah I will order that would a new belt be a good idea my elite has 3000 miles but I bought it from the original owner and it seems like new. Also the battery is dead he claims he put a new battery in 2 years ago but then it sat in his garage after since he is in med school now...can that affect like sopped or acceleration?

Is putting just a tad bit of oil in the gas tank good for it since it hasn't seen much use?

There is a good chance that the belt is stock and old. So a new one won't hurt. You can get them for pretty cheap. I would drain the gas and oil and replace the lines then put new gas and quality 2t oil in with a smidgen of sea foam.

I drained the oil when I got it I used maxima scooter pro 2t synthetic blend and just filled the gas after I ran the older stuff out with 92oct. It was going like 36-38 but now is hardly doing 35 so I am guessing new spark plug and ill try the sea foam also thanks for the advice I need all I can get

The only thing the 92 octane will do for you is lighten your pocket book. Not enough compression to require more than plain old regular.

One of these;

A socket set and a torque wrench to reinstall it.

You shouldn't need to put any oil in the fuel tank I wouldn't think. As long as the oil pump is working correctly every thing should be getting the oil it needs in the motor especially if it's stock.
