I can get 101 octane by me. but i also heard that if you put really high octanein like in the 100s or racing fuel you will blow the engine on your moped. So i never triied putting it in. is that true??

Running nitromethane will kill it, as will alcohol, unless you rejet. High octane shouldn't hurt, but at some point the engine won't run well.

You can get super-premium at Sonoco here, 97 octane. Anything higher is aviation fuel, and can be bought at the airport.

Have fun.

Maybe I'll go with a happy medium and feed it 91/92 like I do my Subaru

yes but if you put higher otane would the better performance be worth the money. How much of a difference is it to put higher octane like 1 or 2 mph?

Spree only hold 1/2 gallon, so it will cost you less than a quarter to find out either way.

Has anyone tryed e85 ethanol? I did a 50/50 mix, ran very well, but e85 doesnt mix well with gas, so i stopped using it.
