I need some help taking that little tube out of the carberateur.
Shown here in pictures 12-18:

I can't seem to get it out. I have gone through about 20 bent q-tips trying to push that little tube out
. Right now I have the carburetor soaking in carb dip, hoping its just stuck from gunk over time. Any suggestions on things to use to get that little tube out?

I used a pencil. Put the sharpened point into the tube, turn the whole thing upside down and bonk the head of the pencil against your workbench.

Bonk is a description of force. It's a little harder than you'd hit your little brother on the head and not as hard as you'd hammer a nail.
