What do u people use to cut the plastic undercowl on an Elite for disk brake set up and how much should I cut ?

I use a pair of sharp scissors and a utility knife. You might even have to cut the glove box too. You have to put it together before you know how much to cut. Everyone has a different method.

I use 5 way adj. shocks cheaper than any Dio conversion.

I use a razor knife/ utility knife. Mark it off with a white out pen or silver paint pen. Depending on what stem and forks you use will depend how much you have to cut.

depending on what stem you used
if I did it again I would use a metropolitan instead of a dio
