Looking for 01 elite 50 coil, what other years/models use the same coil?

If you check online, for a 2001 SA50 coil, you will see they are still at stock at Honda:

Then click on the link in the part number, or put the number in the search near the bottom of the page.. i.e. 30510-GS7-505 to bring up the detail page for the part, and then click on the link called "where used", and you will see that the same coil is used on SA50s from 1994 to 2001, but is not used on any other models. If it were used on something obscure, like a Honda Express, it would add it to the where used list.
