Hello,
I would like to switch the front rim on my Honda Spree, but still use the bearings from the old rim. I have removed the front wheel.
How do I remove the bearings from inside the rim? I don't want to ruin the bearings.
Also, there is this little piece of rubber in the center of the rim - how do I get that out?
Thanks,
Ben

Changing bearings
Hi - I don't know if you've figured it out yet, but the simple way to remove bearings is: Pull out the rubber oil seal with something like a small plastic hook, then use a socket that is the right size to touch the inner race of the wheel bearing to drive the bearing from the rim. A press is the best, but a wooden mallet will work if you are gentle. Of course it is better to use new bearings whenever you take the old ones out.
