So I'm pretty sure its running rich. It seems to bog a little between 1/4 throttle and half, and then after half to wot it bogs BAD, loses speed and a lot of temp

this may help you set the carb... you need to no what the plug looks like if you guess wrong you can fry the motor..

If it is actually too rich in the mid-range. raise the clip on the needle. If it was me, I would run it for 30 seconds or so right where it was missing and then do a plug chop and confirm it was rich. Too lean will cause the same issue.

Down jet to 40 pilot and 108 main.

This was from a WOT run 1/4 mile out and back then hit the kill switch

Did one more run on the same plug, and same settings took it out a little over half a mile out and back temps almost got to 270.

by rights each plug chop should be a new plug but idk if i would call that too rich.....

I figured if the settings are the same the using the same plug would be fine. I just wanted to run it a little longer to maybe get a better reading.

jet (that gave you the plug color)
