the exhaust is supposed to get hot

Do a plug chop to tell if you are running lean or rich.
So how would I got about doing a plug chop? I checked the wiki spreida but could not find anything. And I fear this soft seize, and would very much would like to avoid it without sacrificing the mod.

New plug run at WOT for about a minute should tell the story. Shut the bike off at WOT.

What would I be observing at that point? I know the spark plug, but would it be burned/discolored?

So I am attempting that test now with the new plug, but I'm stumped as to what kind of wrench/ socket it is to remove the plug? Any help?

spark plug socket, 13/16 deep well I think. one made for spark plugs have a rubber insert that helps to keep from breaking the ceramic part.

The plug chop was done with a new spark plug, and the result is a little bit of oil, very light tan mostly, a little bit of black where the metal part folds over the tit, and a little bit of brown below the space between the tit and the metal part that it goes over.

I used a new plug, held it wide open throttle for 1 min, then cut the engine at wide open throttle. Ill do a second test tomorrow and maybe hold it a little longer? I have been adding extra oil to the gas after i did that test to be on the safe side.
