bear was right,i put a better compression tester (the screw in hose type)+compression read 75 that seams low w new piston,rings,honing.ill clean carb better.
Also after the first test, put a 1/2 teaspoon of 2 stroke oil in the spark plug hole, let sit for 10 minutes and do the test again. If the number comes up like 20 PSI this will tell if you have a real problem or the rings are just not seated yet.

Should have searched how to do a compression test. Its real easy to do and if you took the 15 minutes to search and read we wouldnt be discussing this right now

then I highly doubt there is an issue here.... retest with throttle open, but dollars to donuts says your compression is 115-125 all day long which is a good thing
