I have had luck with the BX belt on the aero 80 but the length is just a hair long so trans tuning is needed. So lighter rollers and a stiffer centre spring in the driven pulley. It shifts up too quickly with the added length but otherwise works fine. And where no other belts are available this is an option.

I used a COMET 200421 (A-DF), Comet Industries belt replacement for TC88 Series, 883-80 Go Kart belt. My oem belt was fine but knowing a new oem was unavailable I ordered one jest to see and it runs just as well as the original belt. Haven't even changed it back.

If anyone needs new belts, I have them in the correct size, just let me know. 745x15x30. 23100-GC8-004, which supersedes 23100-GN3-670.
$40 shipped. If you need more than one I will cut a deal.
