As long as you do not restart the engine, as long as you want to take. FYI, DO NOT CLOSE the throttle until after you have shut off the ignition with the Run/Stop switch (using the key is a poor choice running at WOT). Otherwise you can get erroneous readings.

now i did mix some extra oil in with this tank of gas, so its something to keep in mind.

the sparkplug pic shows a bpr6hs. if you do a lot of wot you might want to change to a bpr8hs
