looking for some info from you guys the se50p dose it come with a 3 read block or dose it come with a 2 read block... i have the 3 read block set up and to look at it the leading edge is smaller then the 2 read block that i have modified .. wood like to no what motor has the 3 read block set up .. going to oder the read stock to make a 1 read block set up ..

paulpauly7 thank for the input i figure that the 3 read block is not letting anuff mix in the motor thats why im not getting the rpms out of mine..

11 to 1 its se50p the se50 is 10 to 1... just trying to find out why i not getting the speed out of it ....

well got the 0.30 mm read stock in yesterday but the weather gone to s.hi.t it cool out and raining out bad weather to try the new reads ... beside i got a diffident block coming from martynkim (grate guy to deal with) so when the other block come ill try the 2 diffident read block that come on the se50 stock ( 87 elite ) ... to see if the reason i cant get to max rpm ( 8500 ) is... i have what think is the se50p read block in it now and with the 64 cc bbk it not letting anuff mix in the jug ... the read block i have now has 3 narrow read in it and the one im getting from martynkim has two wider one and the one i have modified has one large hole ...i took out the center brace of the read block and see what the rpm saids ..

I am wondering if the 3.5x10 is having an effect on your top rpm. If you put a 90/90/10 on you might change your power band and top rpm. I think your reed theory has some merit also. Have you tried down jetting just a bit?

yes the taller tire may steel some of the rpms but there is not a lot of diffidents between the 2 tire..
stock jet for a se50 85 im running about 64 to 1 oil in the tank so that is why im running the 95 .. done plug crops and it looks good ... the one thing i have done is move the pin to its riches point which give me a fue more rpms its at 7020 a gain of 60 rpms ..

Well, I hope the reeds give you what you are looking for. I ran the same ones in my elite and had no issues.
