i might be picking this up tomarrow morning is it worth 150. he was asking 300 i offered 100 he declined till i offered 150.

If it doesn't run or drive forget it! It certainly isn't worth any more than 150 bucks even if it does.

It looks like it has lights, signals, a horn and a legal tag. If it runs, it'll get you from point A to B. If not, it probably needs very little to get it there. Looks like an extra from Road Warrior movies, but I kinda like it. Cheap transportation for $150, and judging from previous responses, it's unlikely to get stolen. Hmm, maybe that's why Rucki are so ugly?

If all else fails, there's easily $300 in parts there. If you need wheels, you won't find many cheaper.

I like the forward controls. Looks comfy for long slow rides :)
