Fresh battery, started for a second, now dead (no electric)

Post by TWHansen »

This battery is brand new, I installed it, started the Spree (started right away), then it died. Is there a fuse or something? What could cause this?

I've tried reconnecting the battery, I just put a brand new ignition switch in it. I am confused.

What you might want to do is take off your side panel and on the side where the relays are you might want to check your fuse you have in their. I had one spree before that did the same thing, i changed the fuse and it started and ran perfect after that.

Check your chassis grounds and connections to the starter.
