he should have sent instructions with it and are you sure it 48mm? i wasnt aware that they are for sale already. might be the 44mm. but anyway :b2t: you will want to run the jet he sent with it. add some gn2 oil in your gas tank. start and get it to idle DONT REV!! let it run for oh about a min the let it cool down all the way. start again and let run for 2 mins and shut off. do this until you get to like well i did mine til i reached 10 mins. after that you can ride BUT at only 1/4-1/2 throttle for like 2 tanks then SHORT bursts of WOT for another tank. do plug chops to see where your at as far as lean or rich adjust accordingly. after the last tank you should be ok to ride and prolly down size your jet depending on what type of filter that you use. let us know how it turns out. :nervous: :thumbwink:

Make sure you do a compression test. 120-130 is pretty safe for pump gas.

Thanks for the heads up, no Taz had one on ebay and i won it, havent recieved the box yet so there might be directions in it. But i wanted to do my hw while i wait for it to come

When you get the BBK, you will have to have your cylinder head machined to allow clearance for the bigger piston. You can have it done locally at an engine shop, or send it to forum member Toboggan for $25 and he will do it. I went with Toboggan because he has done them before and people seem to happy with the work. I didnt trust a local shop to do it because they had probably never done a Spree head :)

That was the 44mm head, the 48mm is more than that.
