Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

We want to buy new front and rear tires for our 85 and 86 Sprees. Whats the best size to go with we have the 48mm bore on each of them. What brand, model, size is the best???? We are in Portland, Or so we do need one thats good in the wet too.

i got continental zipps for my 86. size: 3x10. fitment is kind of an issue in the rear: you will need to drop the stock airbox (which it sounds like you did). also one of the bolts holding on the exhaust interfered, a spacer is needed to not allow it thread all the way into the wheel area. i have yet to ride them, but they look good, will give you higher gearing(the bigger dia. you go), and from what i read are good in the wet ( i live in seattle) and good handling. they arnt the cheapest, however.
