Keli vari
put a keli in my 87 se50 along with the stiffer clutch springs. for some reason when both are in and the belt is on the toothed plate infront of the vari doesnt wanna fit on and bolt up nicely am i doing something wrong?

Try squeezing the clutch pulleys together so belt drops down, that should give enough slack at the front to get the drive face on.

If by boss you mean the spacer that goes inside the vari onto the shaft then yes

Did you try what i suggested? It helps a lot getting the drive face over the af05 crank splines. They strip out easy!
