Aero engine info

83 Honda Aero 50cc I can't find any big bore engine kit for this all that I have found is 85-86 aero
but looking at the engine specs they look the same but some difference

They're not the same. 83/84 Aeros are an oddball. I'm not aware of any parts for these, bore and stroke are different than the 41x37.4mm used on Spree/Elites pre-93. You'll have to create your own kit...

if i remember right 83 is a crank start ant it, were you have to kick in like 5 times and hit the rear brake?
