Newbie with Mopeds

Hey ok heres the prob. I see the 2 washers to install. Now the belt goes into the very back, then washer, then I have the round metal peice with the teeth, and then I have a silver round looks kinda like a big metal thick washer that bends inwards. So which goes where? I try to do washer, teeth, silver, washer, nut, but then the cover wont fit on. Help?
