85 NB50 aero, What ruckus variator?

any help? I want to install a variator but I need details on which one and what weights and belt.

I put a stock ruckus vari in my aero. With some 6.3 gram Polini rollers. I plan on putting on a Kevlar belt, 1k clutch springs, and 1k torque spring as well.

What year vari, and what belt?
what kind of performance are you expecting?

you will pick 3 to 5 mph on top speed but you may need to get new lighter rollers to get the extra speed ..i went from 6 grams to 5 grams to get it ...

Yeah or metro 2 all work. Idk about metro 1. You might have to shave off some of the starter housing. But I barely had to do any it varies. I don't know much about the belts really havent looked in to it much yet.

There's some info and a few pics here. Some brands of aftermarket variators as well but the ruckus variator is prolly just as good for much cheaper.
