I've looked, but have yet to check one out in person. From afar, it does not look to be a bolt-on.

Bore x stroke is different on the Express
IRC Moped guys found bolt spacing differs from the Express VS AF05/AF16, thus they were kept from fitting AF05 or AF16 kits onto the Express. Not a big deal for the Express, there are kits which do fit...

Cooling fins are larger and rotated 90 degrees --- cooling air on the Express is head onto the cyl head, with the cyl un-shrouded.

What's wrong with your current cylinder? Could you have it honed? Or worst case bored over with a bigger piston?
