Quite possibly the greatest emulsion tube removal tool ever

Post by CharlotteSpreeRider »

...a plain old, regular, run of the mill golf tee.

Put the pointy end down through the top like where the needle was at, apply however much pressure is required to pop the thing loose to the comfort-fit thumb rest part where the golf ball would sit. Perfect fit. Can't hurt anything. Can't believe I didn't think of it sooner.

I've been using an old pencil, and giving it a whack with a rubber mallet. Your idea sounds good, too, but I'm not a golfer. I like using wood things to "encourage" stuck, fragile metal things to move.

And unlike a wood pencil (which is what I typically use,) you can tap on it without leaving lead stuck inside.

Hardwood Tees work best, less chance of them breaking.
