72cc Polini corsa,v8 muffler, 24mm oko carb (reed and intake came with), eBay special variator, 9to 1 gear set, eBay special cdi, no plastics on enging or anywere else. Haven't installed head yet scared to over heat. Do u think it will can I get a couple tips to make run great Jet size? I have 115-135 up by fives. Just don't know witch to use. Plastics? Or no I cut out my whole seat bucket and put 10" radiator fan but it kills my batteri

You could start with a 125 main and 45 pilot and see how that works. Plug chops and CHT gauge are really useful in determining jet sizes.

I no there is no radiator I am useing the fan instead of the shrouds

And it didn't come wit pilots. But the main is way longer than a normal main jet I haven't taken bowl off to see wats in it

your fan wont cool the motor.Reinstall the original engine covers and factory fan.Or say bye bye to your corsa

On the corsa does the ports on piston go toward exaughst or rear wheel

Graphite. It did come with mains and I only ran 1/4 tank 16 to one premix in it I don't have oil pump At that time I had stock carb with 102 jet. I siezed motor because the cylinder was honed hoe ably and rings were way to loose the exhaust port ate the ring off first time I half throttled it I would put shoud back on but don't have one

I rebuild motors all the time just not proformance motors I no about rings and pistons the kit. I got from chop chop was * up believe me I did it all right the cylinder was egg shaped almost the rings and piston weren't the right size. I new they weren't wen I was putting it together but I figured that's just how it had to be for some * up reason
