Its a bit pitted, but you did a superb job cleaning it up and getting it about as great as one could hope for. If its a rare hard to find part I'd run it, for sure. If I could find one in better shape cheap enough I would think about grabbing a better one. But if that's what you have to work with, I would say run it. It may wear the belt a little faster but what can ya do right? ;-)

I did the same thing as you, polished it up super nice, looked perfect...but it ate a malossi kevlar belt in about 100 miles. After that I just bought a new drive face from Honda, I think it was only about $30.

I suppose a machinist could Chuck it up after measuring the cone angle and re-cut it below the deepest pits. But doing all that on a part that can be purchased new from Honda might be more trouble than it's worth. You definitely can't make it right by hand with sandpaper or files.
