Naraku bells are junk. Malossi, polini, and stage 6 are the only good ones that fit right. Several other bells need work to fit over even stock clutch pads let alone any other clutch.

I remember you. The drive boss has absolutely nothing to do with how your clutch bell sits on the rear pulley. You still have yet to Figure out how a cvt works.
You don't believe the clutch bell isn't long ,deep, enough.... You can physically see its not "long" enough yet you don't believe this.

If by drive boss you mean that the position of the clutch bell swept surface lies too far outboard with respect to the splined section to make full contact with the pads, I understand. So shaving down the length of the splined "boss" moves the bell inboard some? But then the splined section becomes too short to match the clutch shaft?

It sounds like a lot of trouble to re-engineer everything for a relatively affordable part. I believe nobody has these measurements you request simply because most builders stick with bells designed for the application. You can measure your bell with a digital caliper and a straight edge for the Offset. Then measure a stock bell, diagramming the differences. It may be useful to someone. Name-calling is not, so both of you Quit.

Why don't you just not buy a naraku bell that is KNOWN to not fit? I'm sure you're going to jump all over me saying start my own topic but it seems you're trying to make a fuss about a junk bell that doesn't fit your bike. Buy a bell that is KNOWN to fit your bike like the research a million others have come to figure out. Or better yet, why don't you ask the seller if the item you're buying is for your machine or is that too complicated?

FYI dio live is NOT your bike and don't buy parts for one that have the bike listed on bikes it fits, duh.

I do speak for myself, what are you even accusing me of? I have more time in r&d on these engines than I should and know not to buy a bell that people have issues with. It's simple to buy the correct part and not the wrong one. How many people want to buy a bell that doesnt fit then spend more money to have it machined when they could buy the right part the first time. Most people buy the correct part, not wrong ones like you. It's easy to ask the SELLER about his product but some people can't figure that out.
