sb50p well not start

I was testing out my new big bore kit on my Honda elite e [sp50p]. going up and down my street and about half gas. and then it shut off so i look down and my carburetor gasket is just hang en. there and it turns out that a bolt had fallen off the carburetor and so i got a new bolt put every thing back on and then i used the kick starter to try to start it and now it well not start.and sound like not getting gas
