Stripped mounting bolt
Well I've figured out engine removal but the engine mounting bolt is stripped, help

Turn and turn but it doesn't come out ? Put a wrench on the nut on the other end of the bolt.

Are you talking about the large main bolt and nut that connects the engine to the swingarm thing? If it's stripped-stripped, that sounds weird. But if it was me, I would have already either cut the nut or bolt by now with a die grinder and cut off wheel. It's easy enough to just replace that.
