What do you need "help" with ?
You've already got the engine out.
Did you forget how to put it back ?

Turn and turn but it doesn't come out ? Put a wrench on the nut on the other end of the bolt.
Turn and turn but it wont tighten ? Post a pic of the threads, could need a heli coil insert.

Are you talking about the large main bolt and nut that connects the engine to the swingarm thing? If it's stripped-stripped, that sounds weird. But if it was me, I would have already either cut the nut or bolt by now with a die grinder and cut off wheel. It's easy enough to just replace that.
