I have an offshoot of the Spree called a Honda Flush, not sold for export. It is missing all fairings and as a result the turn signal winker relay and buzzer are hanging down, exposed from the handle bar wire chassis wiring. Where do they reside in your models?

Later, I did find that the buzzer fits in a rounded slot in the lower part the handle bar body panel. The winker relay with its rubber sleeve fits over a flat plastic finger which had broken off and was stuck in the sleeve. I pulled it out, epoxied with fabric backing and slid the sleeve over which you can see.

Granddaughter's leg and frog boot is in the background as she sits on the scooter, looking forward to when she is old enough to ride.
