slow spree

ok i took the spree out and it is no longer fast probably gets around 15 mph (i dont know because i dont have a speedo.) the air/fuel setting is correct. any help would be helpful.

the spree also lacks power as it accelerates like it is running out of gas. any ideas?

Check perf tech, since you've got a better description there. Check same things as always: clean carb, plug, intake tract and filter, compression.

no/bad filter causing vacuuming? thats my guess.
