Doing gears on the 85' NQ50..what bearings?

So Im getting new gears from Taz pretty soon and am going to do the swap. While I have everything taken apart and having the trans cover off, what bearings should I replace? How many bearings are even accessible? Where do I get these bearings? Which ones are better than others? Do I need a machine press on any of them? Is there a walk-through of the process? It would keep me up at night knowing I put in fresh gears with fresh oil with OLD BEARINGS...
