1984 Honda spree nq50

Having trouble getting my 84 honda spree nq50 started, rebuilt the engine, all new gaskets, 21mm carburetor, big bore kit, everything new.
Any suggestions will help.

Spark, fuel, air and compression....which one DONT you have?

21mm carb is probably a little more than one needs.

21mm carb is perfect for that size bore. What do you need help with?

I got a new spark plug for it, and put new gaskets in the tank, I just check the compression on it and it's no where it suppose to be at, how can I fix that problem.

Sorry didn't mean to say gasket, I put regular gas in the tank. I wish i could get up to u.

I had the 21mm carb on my spree bbk, it was awesome. The compression should be at least 120psi or in the ball park. Did you oil the piston, rings and cylinder on assembly? And what carb,intake and jets are installed?
