Elite rear brake cable question

Does anyone know if a Ruckus rear brake cable will work for a 94-01 Elite? Length? Cable type? Having a hard time finding an OEM cable for an Elite so thought I could just go to Honda and get an OEM Ruckus cable.. if it fits.

The stock ruckus cable is the perfect length for my 4" stretch on my elite. So think it might be to long for stock elite.

Not sure if this is what youre looking for or not. Do your own research on fitment before buying. Ive bought cables from WeBike before and even though they aren't OEM, they are good quality.
