ISO:Axle spacer length!

I'm needing the axle spacer length for the 12mm inner diameter NCY ruckus form spacer. I've cross posted. Just needing that length or buy that spacer.

I found the spacer from a site called scooterworks USA.
It was the actual Ncy spacer in the kit. $9 shipped.
