Slow jet keeps getting clogged

So I've cleaned this carb with Chen-dip and wires about 3 times. I popped the intake manifold off and attempted to drain the crankcase of any possible excess oil from a possible pump failure. I keep getting my slow jet gunked up so I'm thinking maybe there is something that needs diluting and cleaned out from my crankcase. Any ideas are welcomed.

Greetings:

The contents of the crankcase are prevented from regurgitating into the carb by the reed valves and the general Forward Flow of the fuel. The thing that may need cleaning is your fuel tank. Also 30-year-old rubber fuel lines...

^^that's right...filter only stops a %...the super fine stuff will still get to the pilot...

I pulled a filter from a Spree to flush the tank once and it had a huge rip in it. I pulled it with the intention of re-using it and it was removed very carefully so I know it wasn't damaged by removal. Them babies don't last forever. I wasn't having any pilot clog issues, just reporting my findings. My $0.02.
