So this was a legit Bando belt, looks good, BUT too wide!

Microfiche for 87 SE50, 93 SA50, and 98 SA50P all show P/N: 23100-GG2-751

However belts pulled off both AF05E bikes are noticeably skinnier.. what gives?? :x
Running this GG2-751 belt results in terrible shifting and takeoff, since drive face is effectively starting off pre-variated once pulley is bolted on.

Having a heck of a time sorting out nonsense issues on this '93 donor scoot.. Gonna swap to skinny belt next and report back results.

PM sent. I'm getting tired of US vendors that can't figure this stuff out, and now Honda can't get it right either?

Try shimming your variator boss (making it 1mm longer). But you may have to shim-out the cover (kicker) so outer drive face won't mesh with kicker mushroom gear. It should work. Keep increasing the shims until it's maxed the performance.
