Patthesoundguy: is there anyway to gain back some of the low end with the mlm on?
Top end is t*ts, but the low end is a slug. Any advice great.

I personally don't have experience with that pipe, but to gain some low end there are some "universal" mods that could help. Like a decent Reed setup and a good oem airbox, and I've heard that "boost bottles" and some of the better "sport" cdi's have good low end results. But with a expansion chamber, your gonna be hard pressed for low end power. My expansion chamber hits at 7-8k rpm, and i got my clutch tuned to that rpm.

Yea thats kinda what I figured. I messed around with the carb a little and seem to have it running pretty good now. It really takes off around 15 mph and then pulls hard all the way to 30-32mph. Everything is stock besides the mlm pipe and a 70 main jet. Bounced back and forth between the 68 and 70 and the bike likes the bigger a little more. Thanks for the input!

I would try stiffer clutch Springs. That's should help your take off, if you can get it to engage the clutch closer to the power band.
