Attaching Fuel petcock

Post by BammBamm3663 »

My son picked up a 1985 honda spree couple weeks back, was beat up pretty well, had to order a new fuel petcock, went to put it on but having issues with getting it to tighten up, any tips or suggestions would be awesome.

Well if it don't fit don't force it. Make sure you have one that's a right size . If it's aftermarket one be careful.
Any pictures?

the threading is all the right size and everything, i just cant seem to get each connection to tighten down, i can have it tight on tank side or tight on petcock side
