Your BEST input should come from Brandon...since he's your man for parts.
He's sure to have some applicable experiences to help you... :urban:

Any reason you chose the Contessa over Corsa?

The Corsa kit is sold out on the ScooterSwapShop and I don't know where else to find/get it.

Seems as if SwapShop is also sold out of the 24mm carb...which is what you want to run with the Polini kit(s).

Why not the 26 or 28?

26 will be too big for the Contessa in my opinion.
I'm currently running a 26 with the Corsa and I feel it's too big for that.
Have you made contact with Brandon to see if they are actually out of the Corsa?
Lots of time he has them but not uploaded to the web.
Is that all you plan on doing to the motor? Or have you already done the variator clutch bell pipe?
I highly recommend the 24mm Polini, it's Great.
Will work with just about any bbk.
The Contessa is a great kit if your not planning on going 70.
Will need a pipe to get the performance out of it.
My progression variator+gears then clutch+carb then BBk+pipe.

I'll have to try to get into contact with him to see if he has the parts. I already have a PG short pipe. I also will be getting a variator and gears. Right now I have my entire af16e torn apart and working on getting parts.

Cool I just dropped him a line to see if he has the corsa in stock. Were it me I'd wait for the corsa I've run both and the corsa is by far the more beastly of the two. Just heard from B polini orders lands in the next 2 days. Polini shut down for their yearly break and dragging getting back up and running. But it's in the air.

Thanks a ton! I sent a message as well but if he does get back to you first please let me know!

He did, order is in the air. Patience, trust me, you will have no complaints with the corsa or the contessa, but the corsa is just a down right nasty kit for the price difference. It's worth every penny.

I'll hold out then and wait for the parts to get in!

That seems to be what everyone is saying. So I'll hold out for the Corsa to get back in stock.
