Polini 21mm CP overflows

So I╩╗m running a brand new 21 polini cp on my 72cc Corsa DD50. Tried 2 different float bowls with different length overflow outlets (on inside of bowl), float moves freely, valve closes and was tested. Nothing blocking valve. Bikes still leaking. Anyone have similar problems, or possibly changed float sizes? Thanks
